The short version: the only personal data this site collects is what you type into the waitlist form, we use it solely to write back, and one email deletes it.
What we collect
The waitlist form is the only place this site collects personal data: your work email, the use case you pick, and, when you arrive from a pricing card, the device tier it named. Nothing is collected from you by simply browsing.
Why we collect it
One purpose: to write back about phonebase access. A person reads every signup. We do not sell the list, share it with third parties for their own use, or add you to automated marketing sequences.
Where it lives
Signups are stored in a private Postgres database (Neon, provisioned through Vercel) in the United States. Our hosting provider, Vercel, additionally keeps standard, short-lived request logs to operate the service.
Booking a demo
The Book a demo button takes you to Cal.com. Anything you enter there is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy; we receive the booking details you submit.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Retention and your rights
We keep waitlist signups until you are onboarded or ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Email abdulla@phonefarm.ai at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted; we act on such requests promptly.
